Administrator setup is in progress. Student invitations remain closed. info@ashjohn.com is the intended public support/privacy mailbox, but it is not yet ready or monitored. Planned hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Philippine Time (UTC+8).

Until mailbox setup is complete, administrators should use their existing private channel with the operator for setup or recovery help. Never send passwords, authenticator setup keys or recovery codes. The Academy does not send invitation or recovery emails automatically.
