Privacy Policy
Information used during administrator setup
The service stores the administrator name and email, protected password and authenticator records, sessions, notice acknowledgements, and security/audit information about account or administrative activity. It uses these records to provide account access, protect the service and record changes. Student invitations are closed, and student information must not be entered during setup.
Access and storage
Authorised administrators can access administration records. The app runs on Hostinger; the locations and private-copy arrangements currently known are described in the service details. Sign-in uses cookies to maintain and protect the session. Sidebar preferences can be changed in the account. No runtime AI, advertising tracker or payment checkout is used by the Academy.
Requests and contact
The intended public support and privacy contact is info@ashjohn.com. This mailbox is not yet ready or monitored. During administrator setup, use the existing private channel with the operator for support, access or privacy questions; do not send passwords, setup keys or recovery codes. My account provides profile controls and Account privacy provides account-request controls.
Retention and future student access
Setup records are retained as described in the retention statement. Erasing active records does not instantly remove protected backup copies. The completed student processing, retention and support information will be reviewed and published before student invitations open. This notice does not claim that the unfinished arrangements have been completed.

Providers and data locations
Hostinger Cloud Startup. The account currently shows its server location as Asia (Indonesia). The previously inspected plan lists Singapore for backups; new production backup inclusion and expiry remain to be verified. Deployment source is stored in a private GitHub repository. Database exports and setup materials are kept outside Git in the operator-controlled local workspace.
During administrator setup, account, authentication and audit records are retained to operate and secure the service. No automated deletion schedule is claimed. Provider-managed backup expiry and the retention/erasure procedure for private local copies still need verification. Before admitting students, the operator will publish the completed retention and processing arrangements. The proposed student schedule remains 12 months after account closure for account/learning records and 12 months after resolution for closed feedback; it is not activated by this setup notice.
