Current availability
Ashjohn Academy is being prepared by Ashjohn Consulting OPC. This notice applies to administrator setup before student access opens. Student invitations and invitation acceptance are closed. No public registration or payment checkout is available.
Administrator access
Use your own account, a unique password and authenticator protection. Keep recovery codes private. Do not submit real student information during this setup stage or share restricted records, answer keys or credentials. Administrative changes are recorded.
Learning materials
The Academy provides foundation learning. Its content and certificates do not confer accreditation, academic credit, a medical or professional qualification, clinical competence or guaranteed admission. The materials are not medical advice. Linked resources remain subject to their own terms and licences.
Before student access opens
The operator will finish support setup, publish the student service/privacy information and authorise opening invitations separately. Changes receive a new notice version. Nothing in this notice removes rights that applicable law gives you.

Providers and data locations
Hostinger Cloud Startup. The account currently shows its server location as Asia (Indonesia). The previously inspected plan lists Singapore for backups; new production backup inclusion and expiry remain to be verified. Deployment source is stored in a private GitHub repository. Database exports and setup materials are kept outside Git in the operator-controlled local workspace.
During administrator setup, account, authentication and audit records are retained to operate and secure the service. No automated deletion schedule is claimed. Provider-managed backup expiry and the retention/erasure procedure for private local copies still need verification. Before admitting students, the operator will publish the completed retention and processing arrangements. The proposed student schedule remains 12 months after account closure for account/learning records and 12 months after resolution for closed feedback; it is not activated by this setup notice.
